Seeing as the day job right now mostly consists of forms, more lovely forms (and the odd form chucked in for good measure) it's only natural to try and make the best of it. Fortunately, with XHTML and CSS goodness, there's more flexibility and styling that can come into the fore to make things more interesting and indeed accessible.
Based on the sample chapter, 37signals' book "Defensive Design..." seems like the next logical step - the form looks great, it's accessible to all, now let's make sure it's friendly and copes with everything the user can throw at it in a helpful and useful way, especially if things go wrong.
Oh, and make sure the form lets me let me enter my credit card however I damn well please.
