Jeffrey Zeldman reports that the stock photo-agency iStockPro have introduced a browse by color option that lets you find photos that match your design's colo(u)r scheme.

A good useful service, that sits well with other colour-centric tools such as the wonderful ColorMatch and Eric Meyer's Color Blender.
